Selika serves on several boards and is deeply involved with the work of Uniting Bridges. She recently received the UW-EC MLK Social Justice Award.

I am grateful to hear Dr. Selika Ducksworth-Lawton this morning; i had the privilege of hearing her speak in Viroqua/vernon county a few years ago and i have been longing for further discussion.
I will certainly tune in next week , but please make it possible for Professor DL to host a regular program, with guests from within the region. Reggie Jackson participated in a Viroqua city hosted event after the murder of George Floyd, he also has given at least one talk in nearby LaCrosse, sunset city. They would make an excellent program.
