Just listened to this great interview...a pleasure. So glad to hear Only Love Knows included.

THAT was thee most delicious 55 minutes I've spent in quite a while. I did not want it to end... I consider myself so blessed to have met Michael and David in the early 80's when they were hosting open mic nite on Tuesday's at Doobie's in downtown Flint, and I was occasionally performing a set... I recall one night they joined me on stage and accompanied on guitar and bass... What a thrill that was for me... Folk music to me is heavily influenced by my experience with and exposure to the music of Mustard's Retreat, and The Yellow Room Gang... This interview featured so many of my favorite songs, that have touched my heart ♥ and soul over the years-long journey I've been privileged to enjoy, listening to their music ... There's no judgement, and no ego, and loads of common ground where all feel welcome, and love abounds. So many of these songs resonate deeply in me, and I have richly enjoyed especially hearing again those selected for this interview... Truly delightful 55 minutes...

I came across this interview: a show called Song of the Soul. I forget when I did this...but it was a few years ago. The host Mark Helpsmeet does a great job with his questions and insights. Really, it was quite a thrill to have the opportunity to do this kind of interview and overview of some of my songs and get the chance to talk about them. Give it a listen if you get the chance..and listen to the rest of the series on Northern Spirit Radio
