While this was my 1st time listening to this show, I very much enjoyed it and am "on board" vis-a-vis the Happiness Initiative. The USA needs more focus on happiness and vacation - as well as a National Health Insurance Program! Its hard to be happy when one has to worry about how to pay for health care costs! Thanks!

I've been hearing a lot lately about learning to be happy independent of external circumstances. Your interview touched on that in a round about way especially toward the end. Nice one.
